Privacy Notice
1. Who is responsible
NLC STUDIOS is the personal developer brand responsible for Block Arena Pro. For privacy questions, requests, or complaints, contact nlcstudios21@gmail.com.
This notice applies to the Block Arena Pro mobile game, its custom online backend, public support pages, and support communications.
2. Information we process
| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Account and device | Internal account ID, public player code, hashed device identifier, platform, app version, and device model. |
| Profile and submitted content | Display name, profile bio, avatar selection, and uploaded avatar image. |
| Gameplay and social | Scores, statistics, leaderboards, popularity, series match records, friendships, requests, and invitations. |
| Community safety | Terms version and acceptance time, player blocks, reports, moderation status, and related investigation records. |
| Authentication and security | Session and refresh-token records, IP address, user agent, timestamps, correlation IDs, and security diagnostics. |
| Advertising and privacy choices | Consent status and advertising identifiers or signals that Google AdMob and the User Messaging Platform may process. |
| Support | Email address, player code, message content, attachments, and information supplied with a support or rights request. |
Game settings, local progress, cached avatars, and consent state may also be stored on your device. We do not intentionally collect precise location, contacts, microphone recordings, or camera recordings through Block Arena Pro.
3. How information is collected
Information is provided by you, generated through gameplay and social actions, produced by security systems, received from your device and network requests, or supplied by Google services used for advertising, consent, and distribution. The device identifier used for the custom account is stored as a one-way cryptographic hash rather than the original value.
4. Purposes and legal bases
- Creating and maintaining your account and authenticated sessions.
- Providing profiles, avatars, scores, leaderboards, friends, and series play.
- Applying advertising and privacy choices.
- Preventing cheating, spam, fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
- Moderating submitted content and enforcing community rules.
- Diagnosing failures, securing infrastructure, and improving reliability.
- Responding to support, privacy, and account-deletion requests.
- Complying with legal, tax, accounting, and platform obligations.
Depending on your location and the activity, processing may rely on performance of the service contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the game, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where required. Advertising consent is managed separately from acceptance of the Community Guidelines.
5. Providers and disclosures
We do not sell or rent personal information. We use:
- Hetzner for production server and database infrastructure.
- Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform for advertising, fraud prevention, and privacy choices.
- Google Play for app distribution.
We may disclose limited information when required by law, to protect users or the service, to investigate fraud or abuse, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards and notice. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
6. International processing
Block Arena Pro is offered globally. Infrastructure and providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where applicable law requires it, international processing is based on an adequacy mechanism, contractual safeguards, explicit consent, or another lawful transfer method. Contact us for information relevant to your jurisdiction.
7. Advertising choices
Where required, Google UMP presents a separate consent message before personalized advertising data is used. You can revisit available choices through Settings → Privacy Options. Refusing or withdrawing advertising consent does not prevent use of the core game, although non-personalized or limited ads may still be shown where permitted.
8. Moderation and automated action
Reports, blocks, account status, and security signals are used to protect the community. The volume and pattern of independent reports may automatically trigger an account suspension. Automated signals can be reviewed, and you may appeal by emailing the support address with your player code and relevant context.
9. Retention
| Data | Typical retention |
|---|---|
| Account, profile, gameplay, and social data | While the account is active and as reasonably needed to provide and secure the service. |
| Authentication | Access tokens are short-lived; refresh sessions normally expire within 30 days. Limited revoked-session records may remain for security. |
| Reports and moderation | While the account or investigation is active and as needed to enforce safety rules or resolve an appeal. |
| Operational and security logs | Rotated according to operational and security needs and removed or de-identified when no longer necessary, unless an incident or law requires preservation. |
| Backups | Isolated from routine use and removed through backup rotation unless preservation is required for an active incident or law. |
10. Security
Safeguards include encrypted transport, hashed device identifiers and refresh tokens, authenticated requests, access controls, rate limits, database backups, session revocation, and restricted production configuration. No online system is completely secure. Contact us promptly if you believe your account or information has been compromised.
11. Account deletion
Delete your account in Settings → Delete Account or use the external account-deletion page. Deletion removes profile, avatar, device link, active sessions, friendships, requests, scores, series data, popularity records, and community safety records. A minimal de-identified tombstone may remain to preserve database integrity and prevent abuse; it cannot restore the deleted public profile.
Information required for law, fraud prevention, an active dispute, or backup rotation may remain only for the applicable period.
12. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or review of automated action. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Email us from an address you can access and include your player code. We may request proportionate verification and will respond within the period required by law.
13. Age requirement
Block Arena Pro is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly permit children under 13 to use the service. Contact us if you believe an under-13 user has provided information so that we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
14. Changes and contact
We may update this notice when features, providers, safety practices, or laws change. The version and effective date will be updated, and material changes may be shown in the game. Contact nlcstudios21@gmail.com.
