Block Arena Pro Account Deletion

This page is provided by NLC STUDIOS for players who want to delete their Block Arena Pro account and associated data.

If you can access the game, the fastest option is to open Settings in Block Arena Pro and choose Delete Account.

If you cannot access the game, send a deletion request to:

What to include in your request

Please include as much of the following information as you can:

Block Arena Pro player code, if you know it.
Your in-game display name.
The device or platform you used, such as Android.
A short statement that you want your Block Arena Pro account deleted.

We may ask for additional information if needed to verify the account before deletion.

Data deleted

When your Block Arena Pro account is deleted, NLC STUDIOS deletes or anonymizes:

Your public player profile and display name.
Your custom avatar image.
Your linked device identity for the game.
Your active sessions and authentication tokens are revoked, and request metadata such as IP address and user agent is cleared.
Your friend requests and friendships.
Your normal score submissions and local player statistics stored on our backend.
Your series invitations, series sessions, rounds, and series score submissions.
Your community safety records tied to the account, including report, block, and community terms acceptance records.
Your popularity and social interaction records tied to the account.

We retain only limited security, fraud-prevention, debugging, legal, or abuse-investigation records when necessary. Security and debugging records are normally retained for up to 180 days unless a longer period is required by law, platform obligations, or an active dispute or abuse investigation.

Hesap silindiginde profil, avatar, cihaz baglantisi, arkadasliklar, skorlar, seri mac kayitlari, topluluk raporlari/engelleri ve hesaba bagli sosyal etkilesim kayitlari silinir veya anonimlestirilir. Yasal, guvenlik veya kotuye kullanim incelemesi icin gerekli sinirli kayitlar saklanabilir.
